My treatment includes a relaxing healing massage and/or foot reflexology coupled with an intuitive reading, essential oils chosen specifically for you, crystal therapy and Reiki. Each treatment is tailored to what you need at the particular time.

An individual assessment is undertaken prior to each treatment to determine what is required for you. As an intuitive therapist, no two treatments will be identical as the needs of the mind and body are ever changing for you.
Included in your healing treatment is an intuitive reading whereby I can answer any questions you have about your future direction, career, study, love, children or anything you would like to know more about.
Throughout your treatment we may discuss areas of concern and identify any energy blocks that you may be experiencing both on a conscious and sub-conscious level.
To clear the energy blocks, a combination of pure Essential oils, Crystals and Reiki healing may be used throughout your treatment to assist with your healing.
Intuitive Massage
This treatment combines the two styles of Swedish and Remedial massage to encourage relaxation for mind and body, whilst working out any muscular issues, in conjunction with an intuitive psychic reading.
Foot Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural healing science based on the principal that the anatomy of the body is reflected in miniature on reflex zones on the feet. It has been known to be an effective treatment for thousands of years.
By using specific pressure techniques and massage on these regions, healing is both initiated and accelerated in the corresponding area of the body.
This simple, non-invasive, beautifully balancing therapy brings relief to a wide range of acute and chronic conditions and is suitable for all ages.
Reiki Healing
Reiki (pronounced "ray-key") means "universal life force energy". It is an Eastern system of healing, which promotes all aspects of well-being.
This safe and natural healing therapy involves a form of healing touch that conducts energy from the practitioner to the recipient. The person being treated usually experiences a feeling of warmth and deep relaxation as the energy directs itself naturally to wherever it is needed the most, whilst gently releasing energy blocks that can cause tension and illness in the body.
Pregnancy Massage
Using the latest design body form cushion for comfort and support exactly where it is needed for expectant mothers. This allows expectant mothers to lay face down and on their tummies whilst being massaged, so full benefit is gained. Relieving tension on the lower back, helps with fluid retention in the lower legs, and relaxes both mother and baby.
